Yes, visits are welcome. We do not limit them in number or time. We only ask that you let us know in advance, so the visit is comfortable for everyone.
A passport and a tax identification number. If there are medical certificates, doctors’ instructions or hospital discharge summaries, be sure to bring them with you. This helps us take the resident’s state of health into account right away and draw up the right care plan.
Yes. All of the staff have a medical education or experience in European care facilities. Around the clock: health monitoring, medication, response to emergencies. In addition — a weekly check-up by doctors of various specialities, and an ECG and blood tests if needed.
The room, meals (4 a day), hygiene care, cleaning, laundry, medical supervision, walks, activities, art therapy and singing. Charged separately — only medication and medical consumables prescribed by a doctor.
Yes. We have experience of full care: pressure-sore prevention, feeding, hygiene, repositioning. Before moving in we assess the person’s condition to confirm that we can provide the help they need.
Four times a day, cooked on site. The menu is drawn up weekly, following the recommendations of the Institute of Gerontology and the individual needs of each resident.
Yes, and we recommend it. Familiar things — photographs, a blanket, books — help people settle in faster. If you are unsure about a particular item, check with us in advance.
First — getting acquainted with the conditions (in person or online). Then the contract and the date. On moving-in day we help the resident settle in. The first week is an adaptation period, and we keep an especially close eye on them.
Every day — in the fenced grounds, depending on the weather and state of health. For those who cannot walk on their own, we assist them or take them out in a wheelchair.
The price depends on the type of room and the level of care required. It is fair and well-founded — everything is set out in the contract. There are no hidden charges. If something goes beyond the standard, we discuss it in advance.
